Job Overview

This role operates administratively in a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Setting, defined as medical, social, and supportive services for individuals with functional, cognitive, and other physical or mental health needs.

The HCBS Supervisor provides leadership to a team who is laser-focused on providing the best care possible. Within the team, you'll guide them in fulfilling the mission of empowering people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life.

As a core team member, you'll be responsible for keeping updated records, making decisions in compliance with rules and regulations from governing bodies, and implementing services that emphasized individual choice and decision-making.

• Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Develop and implement service plans that prioritize individual choice and decision-making.

You will collaborate with the Imagines Training Team to provide the best possible training for team members, assuring they learn the most up-to-date and efficient practices.

Additionally, you'll oversee resources, including monitoring budgets, scheduling vehicle usage, and supporting individuals in communication with their Representative Payee Coordinator.

As a key member of our team, you'll demonstrate knowledge of policies, practices, laws, and rules provided by governing bodies in the industry. You'll also provide complete, consistent, and accurate documentation of incident reports, investigations, and service documentation.
