Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Prior manufacturing or production experience a plus. Good attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks. Basic math and measurement skills (including converting units). Comfortable using computers and logging data. Forklift or powered walkie experience preferred. Able to stand or walk for most of the shift. Frequent use of hands and arms for handling small parts. Lift up to 35 lbs as needed.

Pay Rate : $25 / hour + $45 per diem
Hotel Paid (double occupancy) | Mileage Reimbursed | Weekly Pay
Job Summary :
The Production Operator is responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging battery products according to work instructions and safety standards. This role involves operating machines, inspecting quality, and performing various hands-on manufacturing tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow written instructions, drawings, and safety guidelines to complete production tasks.
- Operate, load / unload, and adjust machines to meet quality standards.
- Perform manual assembly work such as soldering, welding, gluing, wrapping, labeling, and packaging.
- Set up and change out tools and equipment as needed.
- Conduct basic testing and inspections using gauges, scales, or calipers.
- Record production data accurately in computer systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and environmental rules.
- Communicate any equipment or quality issues to a supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
