Job description

Construction Project Management Leader

This role requires a construction project management leader with a strong background in capital project construction management, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to navigate organizational complexity and extensive technical requirements. The ideal candidate will manage new asset construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, cost efficiency, and timely delivery, while fostering a collaborative and innovative project environment and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include :

  • Project Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of transformational capital construction projects for the Supply Center.
  • Define construction project scope, objectives, and success metrics in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, contractors, and vendors, to ensure alignment and commitment to project goals.
  • Facilitate clear and transparent communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in food manufacturing or related industries.
  • Proven experience acting as an Owner's Representative or similar oversight role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety, food safety standards, and permitting processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools.
