Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Neonatal MD in Georgia!

About The Position

A growing neonatal practice in Carrollton, GA is seeking an experienced Neonatologist Medical Director to lead a Level-III, 10-bed NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births. This role combines clinical care, mentorship, and leadership , providing oversight for physicians and collaborating with hospital administration and the regional management team.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide medical direction and oversight for the NICU practice.

Round and manage patients with call from home on a one week on / one week off schedule.

Mentor and support other physicians and neonatal care staff.

Participate in leadership activities within the hospital and community.

Collaborate closely with hospital administration and regional leadership.

Full-time NNP coverage supported.

Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment to ensure excellent patient care.

Job Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics, with Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship training – Required

GA medical license or willing to obtain – Required

DEA certification – Required

Clean malpractice and license history – Highly Preferred

J1 or H1B visa candidates eligible

Permanent placement only; Locum candidates not accepted
