Enrollment Coach

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach I to support prospective students through the inquiry, application, and admission phases.

Key Responsibilities

Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while utilizing a consultative sales approach

Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process

Advise on suitable programs and maintain accurate records in the CRM for outreach management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

One to three years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales

Experience maintaining records in a CRM or student database

Strong technical and computer skills with a willingness to learn new software applications

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, achieving enrollment targets
