No RTO after submission.\nLocation 1425 Malabar Rd NE, Palm Bay, FL 32907 (120 beds)\nSetting Required : Community Hospital, Required : Level I Trauma, Adult Critical Care, ED.\n\n📋 Job Details & Day-to-Day\nThis RRT role requires a high level of versatility to care for patients across multiple settings (Adult Critical Care, ED) and age groups, with potential floating to four different hospitals in the area.\nPatient Ratio : 1 : 3 on nights. (1 : 4 on days / weekends).\nCore Procedures : \nVentilator Management : Comprehensive skills including BiPAP, CPAP, IMV / SIMV, and troubleshooting alarms. Weaning from mechanical ventilation is a core skill.\nAirway / Blood Gas : Drawing and Interpretation of ABGs (Arterial Blood Gases), Extubation, Intubation Assist, and Tracheostomy care.\nMedication Administration : Proficiency with a wide range of medications (e.g., Albuterol, Xopenex, Inhaled Flolan, Racemic Epinephrine).\nPediatric / Neonatal Skills (Optional / Advanced) : Experience with high-risk deliveries, Bivent, CPAP / Nasal CPAP / BIPAP, and high-frequency ventilation (Oscillator, Jet Ventilator) is listed.\nFloating : Required to float between Holmes Regional, Viera, Cape Canaveral, and Palm Bay Hospitals. Floating may be required during hurricanes / holidays.\nCharting System : Epic (Required).
