Your Role

In this role you will play a key role in leading enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives using ServiceNow and Agentic automation across business and IT organizations. Drive strategic automation programs and mentor senior consultants. You will :

• Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign and optimization.
• Define automation strategy aligned with business transformation goals.
• Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows and Agentic automation solutions.
• Serve as SME for ServiceNow integrations and intelligent automation.
