About the Role
We’re looking for 1–2 experienced Project Engineers with a background in civil or structural construction to join a talented team focused on bridge repair projects . This is a traveling position — perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field, working hands-on, and seeing projects through from start to finish.
You’ll play a key role supporting project management, field coordination, scheduling, and quality control while collaborating with crews, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
What You’ll Do
Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and budgeting for bridge repair projects
Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors on-site
Perform inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Track progress and prepare project documentation and reports
Support field teams in problem-solving and technical project execution
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering , Construction Management , or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–5 years of experience in bridge, structural, or heavy civil construction
Strong understanding of bridge repair , rehabilitation , or structural concrete work
Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide (company covers travel and per diem)
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
