Job descriptionProvide leadership in delivering high-quality ambulatory and primary care services, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment Guide and support a multidisciplinary medical team, fostering collaboration and professional growth among clinical staff Establish and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and care standards to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency Monitor and assess clinical performance through audits, data review, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of care Must hold an active Wisconsin medical license (MD or DO) Board certification or eligibility in a Primary Care specialty Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Demonstrated experience in quality management, utilization review, and process improvement Located in a welcoming community in Northeast Wisconsin known for its friendly atmosphere and strong sense of local pride Offers easy access to outdoor recreation, scenic trails, and beautiful parks perfect for an active lifestyle Enjoy a blend of small-town charm with nearby urban conveniences, shopping, and dining options Family-friendly area with excellent schools, affordable living, and a vibrant year-round community culture
