VIT or Cath Lab Tech needed asapMust have 1 year experience in Special Procedures or Cath / EP cases - REQUIREDARRT or RCIS, ACLS, BLS & State of TX Medical Radiologic License - REQUIREDMust have active license at time of submissionExperience in a critical care setting (ICU, ED, etc) or previous Cath / EP Lab setting - PreferredPrevious travel experience - PreferredProof of Taxable Address - Driver’s License, Current Utility Bill, Lease / Rental Agreement, Mortgage Statement / Bill, Homeowner’s or Renter’s Insurance Statement / Bill, Voter Registration, Bank Statement, Auto Insurance, Tax Return
