Job Description

Manage aspects of company projects with accurate and efficient use of project data and company ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project documentation
• Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
• Manage project activities such as sample requests, submittals, revision tracking, and punch list
• Keep organized project files and documents in a uniform manner
• Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders
