Social Work Supervisor - Prevention

At Cardinal McCloskey Community Services, we believe in strengthening families to protect children. We're seeking a dedicated and strategic Social Work Supervisor to lead our Family Treatment/Rehabilitation (FT/R) program in the Bronx-serving high-risk families where substance use or mental health challenges threaten child safety and stability.

This is a powerful opportunity to lead a team of passionate professionals, guide impactful interventions, and help prevent foster care placements by promoting healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise up to 5 Social Workers and 2 Case Aides, each managing caseloads of up to 10 families
• Conduct monthly case supervision and weekly professional development sessions
• Ensure documentation aligns with ACS program standards and indicators
• Support the development of comprehensive assessments addressing substance use and mental health needs
• Monitor family engagement, behavioral progress, and in-home functioning to meet performance-based outcomes
• Oversee service delivery efforts, including weekly casework contacts and compliance tracking

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or
• Master's Degree in Human Services and at least two years of relevant child welfare experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Working knowledge of ACS Prevention Standards and Policies, as well as CONNECTIONS and PROMIS data systems.
• Flexibility to meet changing needs and demands.
• Fluency in Spanish and English a Plus.
