Collaborating with various partners within the company, we remain at the forefront of AI science and engineering. We develop and deploy proprietary solutions that significantly impact our operations, delivering value to millions of customers. Our AI models and platforms enable teams across Capital One to enhance their offerings through responsible and scalable AI technology.

Your Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and product managers to create AI-driven products that transform how our associates work and our customers engage with Capital One.
• Design, develop, test, launch, and maintain AI software components such as foundation models, large language model inference, similarity search, and model governance.
• Utilize an extensive range of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies, including AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, and PyTorch.
• Innovate and implement state-of-the-art optimization techniques to enhance the performance of large-scale production AI systems.
• Contribute to the technical vision and the long-term strategy for foundational AI systems at Capital One.
