Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing / Material Estimator located in Madison, WI. The Purchasing / Material Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as estimating material requirements, preparing purchase orders, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role includes working closely with team members to optimize cost efficiency and manage project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong estimation and mathematical skills for accurate material calculations
• Proficient in preparing purchase orders and maintaining inventory records
• Experience in coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred

Wage range $26-$28 / hr dependent on experience. This position also includes a comprehensive benefit package including 401K with company match.
