About the Role :

As a Personal Banker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the bank. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other banking professionals to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.
