Executive Director / Administrator – Big Rapids

Overview

Baruch Senior Ministries, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to be our Executive Director / Administrator at Evergreen Terrace Assisted Living in Big Rapids, MI. Evergreen Terrace offers supportive care and specialized care in a home-like environment with a range of care covering minimal assistance to care for the frail elderly.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall facility operations and lead by example in customer service, employee relations, and quality assurance while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Select, hire, supervise, and develop qualified personnel to lead all major departments and ensure continuity and quality of services.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities and develop / implement an annual business plan that achieves financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.
• Support a faith-based mission that provides high-quality care and respects residents\' dignity and independence.
• Provide training and contribute to a competitive benefits package.
