This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in expanding emergency coverage at a critical access hospital while practicing autonomously within a supportive, collegial environment.

• Independent Practice Environment : Provide high-quality emergency care in a 2-bed ED averaging 4-5 patients daily
• Collaborative Medical Team : Work alongside 3-4 emergency physicians, TNCC-certified RNs, a CRNA (on-call 95%), and surgical and OB support
• Rural Emergency Autonomy : Function independently with backup via the 24 / 7 AVEL eCare system for virtual physician consultation
• Predictable Schedule : 26 blocks per year, 7 days on / 7 days off, 24-hour shifts within a 10-minute call radius
