Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Physical Therapist- PT Home Health, Silverdale, WA 13 weeks M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week 30 units 36 hours guaranteed HH required HCHB desired North and South areas north is Bainbridge isle, Kingston, Hansville Poulsbo areas and south is Bremerton, Port Orchard and Olalla areas Skills Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required Proof of current CPR certification - Required Current driver's license.
