Environmental Compliance Manager

Lead and implement EHS programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Drive a proactive safety culture through training, coaching, and employee engagement.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
Investigate incidents and ensure timely resolution with root cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement in EHS performance.
Proven ability to lead and influence EHS initiatives in industrial or manufacturing settings.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Skilled in conducting audits, training, and incident investigations.
Effective communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Commitment to fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
Requires 1 to 5 years experience.
This role involves both office and field work, including time spent at hazardous waste facilities. Travel to various company locations may be required. The position may involve exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions.
Competitive base salary, $95,330 to $110,000 and participation in our annual incentive plan
