A fast-scaling tech-driven firm redefining modern legal practice is seeking a Senior Attorney to lead its Business Law Division. This hybrid leadership and practice role is ideal for a seasoned attorney with deep experience in both litigation and transactional law who thrives in an entrepreneurial growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will serve as lead counsel in complex business disputes oversee transactional work mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with firm leadership to expand and shape the division’s strategic direction.
