Pigtails & Crewcuts Fort Worth is hiring a receptionist! We are a high-end, high-volume salon that caters to kids and their families.

Pigtails & Crewcuts salon is looking for a positive, high energy person to Co-Captain our front desk. "Receptionist" is an understatement. We need someone with good organizational skills, excellent communication with clients and staff, and self-motivated to do the many tasks at hand that involve making sure all our customers have a great experience and keeping our salon sparkling clean.

What we're looking for in a team member:

Must have a customer-service oriented mindset! You're a warm, caring, friendly, and positive thinker.

You have basic computer skills, if you can operate your smartphone proficiently, you can become an expert on our system.

You are capable of multitasking and supporting team members throughout the day.

Must be available weekends.

Mom & dad can rest easy in our clean, safe, and professional facilities designed to fit the individual needs of each child. Our stylists are trained to work with children and specialize in haircuts for boys & girls of all ages, trend-setting hair fashions, themed parties, and retail product-lines specifically created for kids. Each salon is designed with our most important customer in mind. We have themed & adult styling chairs, "mom chairs" at each styling station, age appropriate movies playing throughout the day, video game consoles, party room, a train table, toys, and retail offerings including hair accessories & hair care products.
