We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team! If you have a passion for long-term care, strong clinical skills, and a desire to support residents and staff, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations.
• Support and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Help coordinate training, onboarding, and performance evaluations for nursing team members.
• Participate in care planning, assessments, and resident care conferences.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including infection control, documentation standards, and quality measures.
• Monitor staffing needs and help manage scheduling to maintain adequate coverage.
• Participate in facility audits, surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support in clinical decision making.
