Job Requirements

Education Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; valid certification in radiologic technology.

Certifications Requirements :

State licensure in Texas.

Certifications in X-Ray and CT (e.g., ARRT certification for radiography and CT).

Experience Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an X-Ray / CT technologist.

Proficiency in operating X-Ray and CT imaging equipment.

Familiarity with hospital EMR systems and safety protocols.

Other Requirements :

Must-haves include experience with X-Ray and CT modalities.

Open to travel and temporary-to-permanent roles.

Ability to work Day shifts (8a-5p) in a hospital environment.

Strong attention to detail, patient care skills, and adaptability.

Job Responsibilities

Operate X-Ray and CT imaging equipment in a hospital setting to produce diagnostic images.

Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.

Follow hospital protocols and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and answering questions.

Maintain accurate records in the hospital’s EMR system .

Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver precise imaging results.

Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.

Participate in ongoing education to stay current with imaging technology and protocols.
