Overview

We are seeking a Staff Physician to join our Urgent Care team in Anaheim, CA. This role offers a supportive, family-oriented practice environment with the resources of a large organization. Daily patient care is guided by evidence-based medicine, and career growth opportunities are limitless.

Bonus Potential :

$20,000 hiring bonus
Monthly RVU bonus incentives

If you are new to this area of medicine, our customized orientation program will provide the training you need.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a clinic setting.

Lead by example and foster an exceptional patient experience.

Collaborate with therapists and specialists to achieve optimal outcomes.

Maintain relationships with clients and payers.

Promote a culture of collaboration, professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Active, unrestricted medical license.

Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license (required prior to start date).

Eligibility to participate in Medicare.

Preferred Qualifications

FMCSA NRCME certification, or willingness to certify through DOT training program.

Experience fostering collaboration and driving quality care outcomes.
