Sales Account Manager

• Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives
• Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
• Identify new business leads by examining local market trends
• Seek out new business opportunities to expand clientele
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication
• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Solicit new accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and networking in the local community Qualifications :
