A company is looking for a Senior Publisher Support Expert in Ad Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary escalation point for diagnosing and resolving complex ad implementation issues

Architect and implement custom JavaScript and CSS solutions to optimize ad layouts and enhance user experience

Own the technical lifecycle of publisher onboarding and complex integration projects, ensuring rigorous QA and rapid time-to-revenue

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a technical ad operations or solutions engineering role

Strong proficiency in frontend web technologies, including JavaScript and HTML / CSS

2+ years of experience querying and analyzing data using SQL

Deep, hands-on expertise with header bidding and Google Ad Manager

Holistic understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and ad auction mechanics
