• Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care, documenting care given\n
• Monitor, records, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family\n
• Collaborate as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual / psychosocial support needs\n
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and / or family and provide patient / family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances\n
• Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient\n\nWhat We Require from You : \n
• Minimum of one (1) year acute care experience in a hospital setting\n
• Current state nursing license\n
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position\n
• Degree from an accredited school\n
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies\n
