A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator for parental cover.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all HR functions including payroll management and benefits tracking for global employees
Support the employee life cycle through recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and professional development
Contribute to HR strategic planning, policy development, and implementation while collecting HR metrics for governance and organizational support
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in payroll management and HR Information systems
Experience in employee life cycle support and workplace wellbeing promotion
Familiarity with regional and global feminist movement realities related to human resources
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with diverse stakeholders
Commitment to feminist and anti-oppression principles
