Preconstruction Manager

Due to growth that are looking to add a Preconstruction Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have Multifamily project experience along with a combination of project management and estimating experience over his / her career and will enjoy being involved in the very early stages of a project.

Requirements :

10+ years' experience in commercial construction with a focus on Multifamily projects

5+ years estimating / preconstruction experience on projects over $50M preferred

Must enjoy working with and being part of a team environment
