The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure excellent customer service, consistent product quality, and achievement of sales and operational goals. This role helps lead the team, maintains brand standards, and steps in as the manager on duty when needed.

Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and cash handling skills

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
