Director of Surgical Services Location : Yakima, WA Area – Eastern Washington Compensation : $120,000–$170,000 + Relocation Assistance A respected Critical Access Hospital in Eastern Washington is seeking a Director of Surgical Services to lead its growing perioperative program. This hospital features 5 state-of-the-art OR suites and has added several new service lines in recent years. Position Highlights : Oversees approximately 40 FTEs, including a Same Day Surgery Manager Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer Must be hands-on, visible, and highly engaged in day-to-day operations Requires the ability to navigate strong personalities and build team alignment Ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic rural healthcare setting Why Join Us?
