Position summary
10-4 Logistics USA seeks an experienced CDL-A flatbed truck driver to operate scheduled regional routes with regular weekly home time. The truck driver will haul steel, pipe, and other flatbed freight and must demonstrate proficiency with tarping, chains, binders, and load securement procedures. This opportunity emphasizes safety, professionalism, and reliable on-time service.
Compensation & bonuses
Pay : 27% of each load (average estimated annual earnings $76,440 - $87,360 ).
Sign-on bonus : $5,000 paid as $1,500 after first load , $1,500 at 6 months , and $2,000 at 1 year (eligibility rules apply).
Tarp pay : $40 per load.
Detention : $16 per hour after 2 hours.
Layover and breakdown pay : $100 per day for layover and $100 per day for breakdown.
Per diem : $300 weekly non-taxed per diem.
Equipment
Tractors : 2023+ Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680; automatic transmissions (drivers with automatic restriction acceptable).
Fleet age : Average under 3 years; assigned tractor may remain attached to trailer.
Onboard amenities : 1500W inverter and bunk heater provided; tractors governed to 65 MPH.
Freight & lanes
Primary freight : Flatbed freight including steel and pipe.
Regional lanes : Average 2,000–2,500 miles per week.
Tarping : Approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping.
Hazardous materials : 0% hazardous materials.
Home time
Typical home time : Weekly home time (home on weekends based on 34-hour reset) South Florida is 2-3 weeks out as well as Texas area.
Primary responsibilities
Minimum requirements
License : Valid CDL-A.
Minimum age : 22.
Experience : At least one year of OTR experience covering a minimum of three states plus six months of flatbed experience within the last five years; no training-only applicants.
