Job Title : Data Entry Clerk

Start Date : ASAP

Location : St. Albans, WV

Industry : Marketing

Compensation : $15–$17 per hour

Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (some flexibility available)

Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Addison Group is partnering with a growing marketing organization in need of administrative support during a high-volume season. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals looking to gain experience or potentially transition into a long-term role.

Job Description :

Our client is seeking several Data Entry Clerks to support various administrative and data processing tasks. These are fully onsite roles with the potential for contract-to-hire opportunities for high-performing individuals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems
  • Assist with onboarding by distributing digital contract links
  • Upload documentation into the client’s CRM
  • Export reports and documents from online platforms
  • Format and organize spreadsheets (training provided)
  • Maintain and update profiles and contract records
  • Collaborate with internal team for ongoing training and support

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of administrative or data entry experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Typing accuracy and speed
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data validation is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to focus in a fast-paced environment

  • Duration : 3–4 month contract with potential for temp-to-perm based on performance
  • Dress Code : Business casual
  • Tools / Software : Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM, Ablebits (training provided)
