IV Pharmacy Technician & Messengers (Government Contract NIH Clinical Center)

GLC Government Services is seeking highly qualified Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technicians with inpatient hospital experience for full-time government contract positions at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD .

Overnight IV / UD Pharmacy Technician

IV Messenger - Rotating schedule, daytime / evenings

UD Technician - Rotating schedule, daytime / evening

Schedule :

• Full-time : 40 hours / week
• Must be flexible to work morning, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Set and rotating schedules available across all shifts.

Responsibilities :

Sterile Compounding & Aseptic Technique

Pharmacy Messenger Duties

Leadership & Collaboration

Required Qualifications :

Qualification / Requirement / Licensure

Active Pharmacy Tech License (any US State or Territory)

PTCB or NHA National Certification

Active CPR or BLS (American Heart Association preferred)

Minimum 1 year in inpatient hospital pharmacy

Preferred Experience

Chemo drug preparation and handling, Sterile compounding, IV experience.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform recurrent deliveries

Compensation : Role / Pay Rate

$26.39 / hour - $28.02 / hour
