About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in the specialty, with Level 1 trauma experience required

License : Active state licensure required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS

Must-Have :

• Level 1 trauma experience
• Ability to work the week of Christmas
• Call requirement : 3 weekday calls and 2 weekend calls
• Experience with various surgical procedures

Description :

This position is for an overnight in-house Registered Nurse.

The shift is Monday through Thursday from 20 : 30 to 07 : 00.

Candidates must have experience in a Level 1 trauma setting.

There will be a fair share of call and holiday shifts required.

Patients cared for will include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Daily census includes various services except eyes and obstetrics.

The unit supports multiple specialties such as vascular, neuro, ortho trauma, robotics, surgical oncology, head and neck, and spine.

Basic equipment along with advanced systems like the da Vinci Surgical System and O-Arm are utilized.

The RN will participate in a patient ratio of 1 : 1 during shifts.

Floating to other areas may be required as needed.
