Job Scope - the Interior Designer will :

• Establish rapport with guests in a low-stress environment
• Interpret and translate client needs into visional presentation
• Define project requirements and schedule during the initial meeting or home visit
• Manage design projects from concept to completion
• Set costs and project fees according to client's budget and needs
• Research and decide on product, materials and fabrics sourcing
• Produce sample, mood boards and presentations
• Keep abreast of project progression and timeliness
• Work closely with clients and support teams
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

Our compensation is incentive-based with a portion of your commissions paid on written sales! You'll have a bi-weekly draw, many bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. Successful designers earn a six-figure income $$$$
