Evergreen Sign Company, a leading producer of custom architectural signage, fixtures, and installation is seeking Signage Fabricators. We are seeking candidates who exhibit a positive attitude, a dedication to craftsmanship and quality, and a strong desire to learn and excel. Ideal candidates will maintain high standards in communication, safety, site cleanliness, professionalism, and punctuality, and possess a genuine passion for their craft. Primary Responsibilities :
- Be responsible, efficient, and self-motivated
- Understand and translate technical instructions
- Possess good math skills
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate good manual dexterity with hand and power tools
- Have strong troubleshooting skills
- Be able to layout parts, assemble, and fabricate using blueprints
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Be punctual and reliable
- Produce cut lists
- Manage time effectively
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Assess situations and adjust accordingly
- Complete assigned projects
- Be capable of lifting over 50 pounds
