Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service operations.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product changes, company policies, and best practices in customer service.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. Experience in [industry/sector] is a plus.
