Senior Project Manager - #Ground-up - Dallas
My client is looking for a seasoned # Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up #Education projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is designed for a proven leader who thrives on managing large-scale builds and delivering results that exceed client expectations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed :
- 7+ years of project management experience specifically in # K-12, higher education or large-scale ground-up projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects ranging from $50M–$150M
- Experience with CMAR and Design-Build delivery methods
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field required
- Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and risk mitigation
- Proficiency with MS Office 365; P6 / Primavera or Prolog experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and mentor teams
