RFP Development Associate
Reporting to the Sales Operations and Proposals Manager, and as a member of the sales department, the RFP Development Associate is responsible for supporting the sales team by responding to educational funding opportunities. The essential job functions of this position include developing comprehensive and persuasive proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for qualifications (RFQs), and requests for information (RFIs) at the district, regional, and state level. This role requires a deep understanding of our company's capabilities, products, and services, as well as the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. The RFP Development Associate will also be responsible for corresponding duties that accompany these priorities.
The successful person will have excellent written communication skills, refined organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment that includes frequent tight deadlines.

Minimum Requirements
This is a full-time position. Days and hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work and travel are also required as job duties demand.
Some travel, including overnights, is required for this role for department meetings, the annual company retreat, and other occasional company meetings.
