Responsibilities :
- Process payroll accurately and on time while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including reviewing and reconciling invoices.
- Audit payroll records and transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with benefits administrators to manage employee benefit functions.
- Generate reports and provide payroll-related data for internal auditing and analysis.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
- Support other accounting functions as needed to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting functions.
- Proficiency in Paylocity or Paycom required
- Familiarity with accounts payable and auditing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Knowledge of benefit functions and related payroll integration.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills to address employee concerns and collaborate with teams.
