JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Plan, monitor and control all service activities to achieve established service objectives and business unit forecasts.
• Prepare annual budgets for all service operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train and assess staff.
• Communicate, monitor and enforce policies to ensure a high level of consistency within branch.
• Model, reinforce and monitor safe work practices.
• Analyze all monthly service financial statements.
• Develop & maintain customer relations
• Manage and oversee company and union matters.
