Franklin Sports, Inc. is looking to hire a passionate, high-energy individual to support our Memphis Operations.

What you will do : We are looking to hire an Ecommerce department Team Lead for our 500,000+ square foot distribution center. This role will support Ecommerce distribution operations. This position is located at our Distribution Center in Memphis TN and will report to the Ecommerce Warehouse Manager.

IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL :

• Oversee and ensure accurate and timely processing of ecommerce orders to meet 100% same day fulfillment goal.
• Executes day-to-day flow of work as directed by the supervisor
• Lead a team of up to 40 Full-Time and Temporary hourly associates to complete daily packaging / re-boxing demand
• Responsible for training new team members regarding work procedures, methods, and practices
• Performs transfers of products and / or merchandise to and from the warehouse
• Promotes and ensures a safe and productive work environment for all employees
• Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain a positive team environment
• Promotes an environment of continuous improvement that ensures a high level of quality is maintained in all daily operations resulting in superior service levels to all customers
• Interfaces with supervisors and employees in other departments to guarantee an uninterrupted workflow
• Performs the role of supervisor as needed when the supervisor is not present
• Must be willing and able to work overtime hours, as required on weekends and during peak seasons
• Other duties as assigned

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY :

Interact regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on direction of management, presents information for decision making to manager, and the requires ability to independently follow up on pending items and to manage their own daily tasks and projects as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

This position performs the role of supervisor as needed when the supervisor is not present.

This person is occasionally required to operate and / or ride on material handling equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work will be performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to changing temperatures. While performing the duties of this job, this person is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
