The Account Manager oversees transit security operations including a team of 25+ officers and driving daily coordination with the client. Duties include daily incident review, analytics reporting, onboarding and training, client communication, operational oversight and after hours on call support. This role requires at least one year of security experience, one year of management, strong scheduling and payroll skills, and proven ability to handle investigations, emergency response and high-volume information flow. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, sharp with problem solving, comfortable navigating interdepartmental politics, and experienced with transit or government environments.
