Responsibilities : What Youll Do
Deliver evidence-based ADL training, therapeutic exercise, and adaptive-equipment education under the supervision of a licensed OT.
Assist with evaluating, progressing, and documenting personalized care plans for geriatric, post-surgical, orthopedic, and neurological patients.
Educate patients - and staff when appropriate -on safe transfers, fall-prevention, and self-management strategies.
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by following security and infection-control protocols and ensuring equipment is in top condition.
Communicate progress and changes promptly to the OT and wider care team to keep treatment plans current and effective.
Qualifications : What Youll Bring
Accredited OTA degree and active (or eligible) Ohio OTA license with NBCOT certification.
Experienceor a strong interestin skilled-nursing, geriatric, or inpatient rehab settings.
Ability to work confidently and independently while staying closely aligned with your supervising OT.
Clear, compassionate communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Pay Range : USD $35.00 - USD $35.00 / Hr.
