Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist

As an Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the electrical and instrumentation systems at our production facility. Your expertise will ensure we operate smoothly and efficiently.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include :

• Inspecting, testing, adjusting, calibrating, and repairing electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems.
• Conducting routine inspections of meters, indicators, and gauges to identify any abnormal fluctuations.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of operations software and hardware.
• Performing preventative maintenance inspections of control instrumentation.
• Troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures, and correcting them as needed.
• Completing work orders, documenting time spent, and maintaining equipment history.
• Diagnosing current or potential issues with plant electrical equipment.
• Cleansing, lubricating, calibrating, and adjusting equipment as necessary.
• Laying out, installing, and putting electrical equipment into service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in designated work areas.
• Utilizing multi-craft skills to perform additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
