Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor for a growing corporation in the Mebane area. The Production Supervisor will oversee and manage all shipping and inventory control. This role will supervise daily production operations, maintain communication with other departments and contribute to productivity initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.

This is a DIRECT HIRE and an IN-OFFICE position!

Candidate must be local to the Raleigh area as our client is not looking to relocate at this time.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee production operations including repairs
• Prepare work schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Manage within labor and operating expense budget
• Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment
• Troubleshoot issues that arise
• Train and develop staff
• Responsible for monitoring and updating employee’s attendance and daily time keeping
• Maintain quality standards by establishing and enforcing organization quality objectives, perform quality checks on all products before shipping
• Ensure paperwork is completed and signed correctly
• Other duties as assigned
