Responsibilities

• Lead battery systems and sub-systems design, development, and delivery to the project timeline.
• Work with motorsports organizations and automotive OEMs to develop customized solutions for their application.
• Lead testing in relevant environments.
• Represent the company as a technical expert for ongoing project delivery and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and customer base.
• Develop and support verification, validation and integration strategy, and testing from prototype phase through to homologation.
• Technical drawings and production documentation reviews.
• Conduct root cause analysis.
• Leading technically focused meetings.
