Job description

So, you want to be the glue holding AT&T and their clients together? At Channel Focus, we believe Junior Account Managers are the unsung heroes of marketing campaigns. They’re the ones juggling clients, sales goals, and strategic plans. Think of this role as part salesperson, part problem-solver, and part “professional cat-herder” (figuratively speaking, of course). Oh, and this is a performance-driven role - meaning your paycheck grows as your results grow.

Junior Account Manager Responsibilities :

  • Engage face-to-face with customers, guiding them toward the best AT&T solutions.
  • Sell and promote AT&T neighborhood direct sales (NDS) products while building trust and long-term loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and our execution teams.
  • Manage account portfolios, ensuring client needs are not only met but exceeded.
  • Coordinate logistics across assigned neighborhoods.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support senior managers with reports, insights, and recommendations.
  • Represent Channel Focus with professionalism, energy, and a hint of humor.
