Description :

This is a 17-week assignment for a float registered nurse.

The position requires floating between various units based on skill sets.

Weekend availability is required, with shifts scheduled at least every other weekend.

The expected patient ratio is 1 : 5 during night shifts.

Travelers may request standard and / or holiday time off, but approval is at the client's discretion.

It is common for travelers to float to other units as needed.

Additional incentives may apply for specific locations.

The facility operates as a short-term acute care setting.

Staffing includes interdisciplinary support from various services.

Patient demographics include adults and geriatrics.

Floating assignments may include several acute care units.

Travelers must comply with any reasonable requests for floating to other facilities.

Failure to float when required may lead to termination of the assignment.
